• Rental Agreement: A standard rental agreement is required to be electronically signed after booking. • Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not allow check-ins nor check-outs on holidays. • Pets: The pet fee is $125 per dog. Dogs only please. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste and any damage caused by pets. Dogs must be: * Crate-trained and potty-trained * Crated when left alone * Kept off all furniture • Security: For your protection, two security cameras are located outside the property. One is on the floodlight facing the driveway, and the second faces the front door from the porch. Both are actively recording. Tampering with cameras or disconnecting Wi-Fi will result in immediate removal without a refund. • Wildlife: Our cabin is in the mountains, and you may encounter wildlife, including bears. Bears are dangerous; please do not approach or feed them. Always keep car doors locked and do not leave any food in your vehicles. We are not responsible for any damage caused by bears or other wildlife. • Roads: The road to the cabin is fully paved from the main road all the way up. The final few miles are scenic, winding mountain roads that may feel new at first, but most guests adjust quickly. Snow is uncommon, but during winter months, 4WD or AWD and chains may be needed if weather conditions require it. • Smoking: No Smoking or Vaping allowed. • Hot tub: 18+ only; no alcohol; use at your own risk • Trash: Please place all trash in secured bags inside the bear-proof container by the driveway. • Utilities: The cabin's water comes from an underground well and is safe to drink, though it may occasionally have a sulfur smell. You may prefer to bring bottled water. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. • Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials (a few dishwasher tablets, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags). Guests are responsible for providing their own toiletries, condiments, coffee, charcoal, and other personal items for the duration of their stay. • Fire: No fires allowed in or around the property • Travel Insurance: No refunds will be given for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

The mountain roads to all the cabins in the area are paved but they are winding roads, and you will want to take it slow. After a few trips up the mountain you will be a pro. If there is ice on the roads (very rare but can happen in winter) you would want 4wd and possibly chains.
